Those who know me a little bit better know that I can only be seduced with two things: black roses and good food. And good food, for me, means everything that comes out of the sea. Today I’m introducing my version of tagliatelle with scampi in garlic sauce.

I’ve been into “fish” for as long as I can remember. It absolutely has my preference in these warm days. Fish is always light and refreshing. Even though I enjoy the cooking process, I enjoy the decoration part more. And I hope to take these skills to a next level within the next months…


  • cook tagliatelle
  • in the meanwhile you can bake the scampi’s on a low fire
  • add the garlic sauce
  • 5 min later the tagliatelle
  • Let it all simmer and add some pepper
  • Ready to serve

This dish is absolutely “level 1” and ready in 20-25min. But when I’m hungry, I need the food fast. And fast means “RIGHT NOW” in my world 😉
